How long does it take to detail a vehicle?

The amount of time to detail a vehicle can vary drastically. Our most popular interior package (interior REFRESH) generally takes between 2-3 hours and our most popular exterior package takes about 1-2 hours, but we will work to provide you a more specific timeframe when we schedule your job. For ceramic coating jobs, we will generally keep the vehicle for 48 hours.

What is a Booking Deposit?

A booking deposit secures your appointment.

If you cannot make your appointment:

  • your deposit will be refunded if you notify us at least 48 hours before the job start time

  • your deposit can be applied to future jobs if you notify us at least 24 hours before the job start time

  • your deposit is non-refundable for jobs canceled within 24 hours of job start time or missed appointments

How often should a vehicle be detailed?

In New England, we recommend having your vehicle detailed twice a year. This allows us to protect your vehicle before winter and remove any harmful contaminants after winter.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile number to Revive Auto Detailing, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, service updates, promotions, and customer support. Message frequency may vary.

How to Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Submitting your phone number via our website, booking form, or in person.

  • Checking the SMS consent box when signing up for our services.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications, except for transaction-related messages if applicable.

What should I do prior to my appointment?

Your time it valuable! It is our goal to minimize the time that you spend to have your vehicle detailed. We simply ask that you remove any personal, valuable, or sensitive items from your vehicle including weapons. Please note that while we will remove child car seats, we will not re-install them.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full coverage insurance to keep you covered!

Can you remove the smell of smoke etc. from my vehicle?

We have multiple different options for removing odors from a vehicle depending on the source of the odor and how long it has been present in the vehicle. Most odors can be removed through a deep clean and odor remediation treatment, however some heavy odors may require more than one session and excessively soiled vehicles may require replacement parts such as seats, carpet, and headliners. We are happy to give a free estimate for any odor removal.

What do I need to do to maintain the warranty on my ceramic coating?

  1. Bi-annual inspection at a Revive Inc. location is required to maintain the ceramic coating warranty. This service will include an exterior wash and decontamination bath at current list price.

  2. Only hand wash or touchless car wash without any waxes or coatings; never use a car wash with brushes.
