Revive Inc. Terms and Conditions:
We ask that all valuable and sensitive items be removed from your vehicle before your appointment. Revive Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
In the event any items such as guns, knives, drug paraphernalia, etc. are found inside the vehicle you will be required to come and retrieve them. Revive is not authorized to remove such items. Please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled. An additional booking deposit will be required in this instance and no refunds will be issued.
Revive Inc. will take the utmost care of your vehicle when it is in our possession and is not responsible for mechanical malfunctions that occur onsite including, but not limited to, dead batteries, coincidental breakdowns, etc.
On occasion, we will take photos and videos of work that is being performed in our shop for use in advertising. Unless otherwise informed, Revive Inc. has the right to use images taken on site of your vehicle for marketing purposes. License plates will be blocked out.
Booking Deposit Policy: We take a 20% booking deposits to secure you appointment.
Deposits must be made within 24 hours of scheduling to confirm your appointment. Once received you will be sent confirmation of your appointment.
You will receive a full refund of your booking deposit if canceled at least 48 hours before job start time.
If a job is cancelled at least 48 hours before the start time you will receive a credit for your booking deposit to be used for future appointments.
Jobs canceled within 24 hours of start time are not refundable.
Parking at Revive Inc. is limited. We allow clients to leave a vehicle for up to a total of 72 hours before and after service for their convenience at no cost. After 72 hours, we change a storage fee of $35 per day.
