A Car Enthusiast’s Perfect Getaway

At Revive Auto Detailing, cars aren’t just our business—they’re our passion. And when you’re a true car enthusiast, even your vacations revolve around incredible automobiles!

Brent and Jen recently took a trip to Newport, Rhode Island, for some much-needed time away, but of course, they couldn’t resist making it a full-blown car experience. Their stops? The Audrain Automobile Museum and the Newport Car Museum, two must-see spots for anyone who loves automotive history, design, and performance.

The Magic of Monaco at Audrain

The first stop was the Audrain Automobile Museum, where they were lucky enough to catch the Magic of Monaco exhibit. This collection paid tribute to the legendary racing culture of Monaco, featuring some of the most iconic Grand Prix and rally cars of all time. From a stunning 1929 Bugatti Type 37A to a 1997 Ferrari F310B, this exhibit transported them straight to the heart of motorsport history. The artwork and vintage advertisements on display made the experience even more immersive, giving a glimpse into an era where speed and elegance went hand in hand.

If you’re into racing heritage, this exhibit is a must-see before it wraps up on March 16, 2025. (Check it out here)

Newport Car Museum—Where Cars Are Art

Next up was the Newport Car Museum, home to over 100 stunning cars, all curated from a single private collection. Walking through the museum, it’s clear that every car was chosen with passion. What makes the experience even cooler? The founder’s wife handpicked Mid-Century Modern furniture to complement the displays, adding an artistic and relaxing vibe to the space.

And then, one of those weird, awesome moments happened...

Brent and Jen had no idea that the museum had just added a 1969-1973 Porsche 917 re-creation in the iconic Gulf livery—a car that just so happened to match the Gulf jacket Jen got Brent for Christmas. And of course, he was wearing it that day! Talk about perfect timing.

If you’ve never been, this place is an absolute must-visit. (More on their collection here)
