COVID-19 / Disinfecting Your Car
REVIVE has been evaluating how to best respond to COVID-19. Being in the cleaning business we feel it is important to continue to offer our services to our customer that are looking to clean, sanitize, and disinfect their vehicle.
Below we will cover four topics to keep you informed on the steps we are taking:
Customer and Employee Safety & No Contact Process
Sick employees - Any employees that are ill or have a fever will not be available to provide interior detailing services to our customers.
“No Contact” process - This process was developed to allow us to provide detailing services to our customers without having to directly interact with anyone:
Coordinate appointment via phone, text, or email.
Leave keys in agreed upon location ahead of our arrival
When finished, customer inspection done while team-member waits in/at their vehicle
Payment made by leaving check in vehicle or by credit card payment over the phone (for security reasons credit card payments are not allowed by email or text).
At-Risk Community Support
Interior Detailing Safety Process
REVIVE is including our Disinfectant Service at no cost with any interior detailing service to people at high risk for severe illness (as defined by the CDC).
Our team-members always wear disposable gloves while cleaning.
Cleaning towels are laundered after each vehicle.
Cleaning towels are never used between vehicles.
All commonly touched areas including steering wheel, arm rests, door handles, etc. will be wiped down with disinfectant.
Our team-members wash their hands frequently.
Any team-member that is not feeling well will not be allowed to service vehicles.
Our vacuum attachments and cleaning tools are disinfected between each vehicle.
Disinfectant Services Available
Along with interior detailing services, which is always the first step for a healthy vehicle environment, REVIVE also offers disinfectant services.
Disinfectant Service All soft surfaces including cloth seats and carpets sprayed with disinfectant. Disinfectant run through heating and A/C system. All commonly touched surfaces including steering wheel, arm rests, and door handles wiped down with disinfectant. We use the Tornador Car Cleaning Tool to releases a fine mist of disinfectant to best cover surfaces without saturating.
Ozone Generator Ozone Generators have proven to safely and completely kill resistant bacteria and viruses and can be twice as destructive to bacteria than Chlorine. Ozone is environmentally friendly and clean. Oxygen is it's only byproduct.
