Tucker Mathieson Selected for the 2025 Air Force One Detailing Team
From the beginning, our goal at Revive Auto Detailing has always been to provide the highest level of care for every vehicle that comes through our doors, but we’ve also been driven by something bigger—being part of a community that values skill, craftsmanship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
That’s why we are incredibly proud to announce that Tucker Mathieson has been selected for the Air Force One Detailing Team for the fourth consecutive year!
What is the Air Force One Detailing Team?
The Air Force One Detailing Team, organized by The Detail Mafia and led by industry veteran Renny Doyle, is an elite group of professional detailers selected from across the country to restore and preserve historic aircraft at The Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington. The centerpiece of this project is the first presidential jet, Air Force One, along with other significant aircraft that require meticulous detailing and care to protect them for future generations.
This is not a job for just anyone. Each year, only the most skilled and dedicated professionals are invited to take part in this project. Tucker’s return to the team for the fourth year in a row is a testament to his expertise, precision, and unwavering commitment to the craft of detailing.
More Than Just Cleaning Cars
There’s a common misconception that detailing is just about making things look good on the surface. But the reality is, it’s about much more than that—it’s about preservation, protection, and craftsmanship. Projects like the Air Force One Detailing Team reinforce this on the highest level. These aircraft are pieces of history, and maintaining them is about ensuring their legacy endures.
Tucker’s journey in detailing started long before his first invitation to the AFO Team. Over the years, he has continually refined his skills, taken on complex challenges, and pushed himself to be the best in his field. His work at Revive is a reflection of this mindset—every project, whether it’s a daily driver, a show car, or a rare classic, gets the same level of dedication and attention to detail.
Why This Matters to Revive
When we started Revive Auto Detailing, the vision was always bigger than just running a business. We wanted to elevate the industry, provide unmatched service, and create opportunities for our team to grow. Seeing Tucker continue to be recognized on a national stage is an incredible milestone, not just for him, but for all of us.
His selection for the 2024 Air Force One Detailing Team isn’t just an individual achievement—it’s proof that Revive is committed to excellence at the highest levels. It’s about representing the detailing community, preserving history, and bringing back new knowledge and techniques that improve the work we do for every customer.
Looking Ahead
Tucker will be heading to Seattle later this year to join The Detail Mafia and get to work on Air Force One and the other historic aircraft at The Museum of Flight. We’ll be sharing updates from the project, so stay tuned to our social media pages and website for behind-the-scenes looks at what goes into preserving these national treasures.
We couldn’t be prouder to have Tucker representing Revive Auto Detailing on this prestigious team once again. His dedication and skill continue to raise the bar, and we can’t wait to see what this year’s project brings.
